CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation/ appointment switch before 24 hours of the service. If you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of your service, you will be charged for your FULL service amount. I also require a deposit to be made to book ANY appointment. If that deposit isn't paid within 3 business days after the initial booking date, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Deposits are NON refundable.Thank you for understanding, life happens, but spots are SO limited it's only fair to everyone. If it's an emergency, please reach out to the salon phone call or text, i understand emergencies happen.
